Ridgebrook at Summerlin

Ridgebrook homes are located in zip code 89135 can be purchased for prices in the low to mid $200,000 range, all the way up to $500,000 and more. The Summerlin Community Centers is a great place to visit when you’ve gotten moved in and want to meet your neighbors in Ridgebrook and the surrounding areas. Making new friends can be an exciting part of moving into a new community.
Because Ridgebrook is so close to several other communities located in the Summerlin Nevada real estate master plan, you won’t be at a loss for amenities of any kind. It’s a very short commute to get to more parks, dozens of shops, great restaurants, and much more. There’s a lot of benefits to living in Summerlin real estate area that’s mostly residential.
